Every platform lets you download your own post list. The map needs a date and time for each post and one number to compare, such as reach or views.
Meta Business Suite
- Open Insights, then Content, on a computer.
- Choose the account and at least three months.
- Export data as CSV.
TikTok Studio
- Open Analytics on a computer.
- Download the data.
- It needs a date and time for each video; daily totals will not work.
YouTube Studio
- Open Analytics and choose Advanced mode.
- Show the Content table with Video publish time.
- Export as CSV.
Darker means your posts did better there.
Each square is a day and a three-hour window, shaded by how your posts published in it did on average. The three best windows are listed with the number of posts behind each.
- Striped squares had one post: a hint, not an answer.
- A window built on six posts is worth more than one built on two.
- Times are in the export's time zone, usually the account's own.

Why not use a general best time?
General best times are averages across millions of accounts in every country and trade. A dental clinic in Leeds and a café in Austin have different followers awake at different hours. Your own posts are the only fair source.
How many posts do I need?
At least 20 gives a first reading; 60 or more is better. With few posts, a single strong post can make an hour look better than it is, so the tool marks slots with fewer than 2 posts.
Which time zone are the times in?
The time zone of the export, which is usually the account's own. If you manage an account in another country, keep that in mind when you read the map.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The file is read by your browser and nothing is sent to us. Closing the page clears it.
